Keith Dorrington has over 10 years experience in feature film and television. Keith, from neighboring Billerica, gave up a lucrative career to pursue his childhood passion of filmmaking. He chronicled Micky Ward and Dick Eklund in a docu/drama called "Not Over Till The Count of Ten".
Keith filmed the brothers comeback quest from Dick's release from prison till their incredible triumph over Shea Neary. The documentary was the solid foundation for the making of a great film.

He has a keen eye for story, his first project proved to be a financial success as it was made with a minimal budget and sold to the studio, as Keith stayed on as Executive Producer with Paramount .
Keith’s prior work experience's includes, A career in Real Estate Sales (1982-1988) Keith was successful as a Real Estate Salesman for DeWolfe New England where he won various awards including "Rookie Salesman of The Year". Keith later owned and operated a family Real Estate Co called "Dorrington Real Estate" where they sold residential and commercial property in the Boston area.
When the market crashed in 1987, Keith looked for something new to do and heard the sales in international shipping paid well so he literally went to logan airport and banged on doors for about week till the GM of major Shipping company found it commendable and hired him.
Keith worked his way up the corporate ladder as Sales Manager for Radix international, National Sales Manager for Expeditors International, VP of National Accounts for Dynasty/Air Express International, Director of Global Business Development for "Danzas" (now DHL), Worldwide Sales for "Tower Group" now Fed-Ex. Keith has developed an immense network of local, national, and international contacts in many different business areas.
Keith grew up poor in the Arlington projects till he was 8 and later moved to a small 2 bedroom apartment in Billerica with his older sister and two older brothers (who all excelled in football, baseball, javelin at Billerica High School). His father and mother divorced when Keith was 13 years and both parents died at a the young age of 60.
Keith continues to keep his hands in Real Estate, where he handles Sales and Acquisitions for several major companies Westchester Corp , Commonwealth Real Estate and RG Ventures. Where he overseas high-end Real Estate acquisition's on the East Coast for developers and investors.
He never gave up on is true passion of writing/ filmmaking and continued to take screenplay writing classes at night during his 30's. The first teacher to inspire Keith to keep writing, was Janie Pieroni who taught at Emerson and now runs Story Arts Management.
Keith continued to hone is craft and perfect his writing/producing/directing skills.
Keith never lost sight that he would one day be ready to tell great stories and bring them to the big screen and has a wealth of life experiences to draw upon.
