Nadine Al Bedair is a Saudi writer and journalist and television presenter. She is the second daughter of Nabila Nazer and businessman Suleiman Al Bedair. She resides in Dubai.
She began writing in the daily "Okaz" then moved to "Al Jarida", then to "Al-Watan" newspaper. She presented a program entitled "Moussawat" on Al Horra TV. She published articles in many Arab publications.
Al Bedair is also interested in social, liberalism and political issues of women in Arab societies and the challenges and discrimination they face.
Nadine liberals criticized the Gulf region in general and Saudis in particular that they do not act in their own lives the principles which they claim to, such as commitment to one wife or to allow their wives and daughters to go out and meet with men in public forums, she also criticized women who talks about liberal freedom and that they do not practice what they preach it.
Nadine is promoting a fresh new approach to women and human rights rights in her country including articles in Saudi newspapers.
