Gogu Neagoe is a Romanian cartoonist. He is a student of caricaturist Stefan Popa-Stop.
In 2004, Neagoe first enters the Guinness Book of Records, producing 131 cartoons by phone. Gogu Neagoe entered the Guinness Book of Records for the second time the longest cartoon series ever made. For this, Gogu Neagoe worked for four years, covering many cartoon figures in international politics, as a support film with 12 rolls of film with a 2 km long and weighing over 3 tons.
