Amy Silverstein

Amy Silverstein is the Vice President, General Counsel. She is responsible for overseeing Basis Technology’s worldwide legal affairs and manages the company’s legal and human resources departments. Since graduating from Boston University, Amy has had a successful career spanning more than 17 years in the legal, academic and business worlds.

Prior to joining the company in 2005, she held positions at Harvard Business School, as an associate at Goodwin Procter, and as the Assistant General Counsel for a Massachusetts-based publicly traded company. She has worked with companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 firms, and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
